Today marks TWO years that I stopped drinking⚡️
And it’s crazy to know that I have zero regrets, I have zero desire & zero cravings for it. I personally didn’t have a problem, but we were literally at breakfast two years ago and I looked at my husband and said I’m over drinking, I’m going to stop drinking and he said “let’s do it”
And it’s not about having the will power to stop, it’s knowing that alcohol doesn’t add value to my life- it doesn’t offer anything to me.
Being 100% present for my family and myself is everything and I’m so proud of myself ♥️
