I had the most amazing birthday. 🤍 It was so calm, peaceful and just flowed. Good food, good people, a good massage and so much love and gratitude. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my birthday.

I’m feeling so excited about everything that is being created and unfolding in my life right now. I truly feel like this is going to be a year of growth, alignment, abundance and prosperity. ✨ I can feel that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

I’m so grateful for all of the people in my life. The ones who have loved me, supported me, believed in me and stood by me through the years — especially through the hard times. Those experiences make the good times even more special, and I don’t take any of it for granted. ❤️

I’m especially excited about where Elevated Within is going and everything I’m creating through my business. It feels so good to see the vision coming together and to know that I’m building something that is truly aligned with who I am and what I’m meant to share with others.

And of course, my beautiful daughter Zoë. 🤍 She is my purpose, my light and my strength. She inspires me every day to keep growing, keep becoming, and to be the highest version of myself. I’m so incredibly grateful that I get to be her mom.

Root Chakra Week starts now 🔴
Everything elevated starts underground.

Root chakra isn’t the flashy one — no third eye, no crown, just dirt, bone, and breath. But it’s the one holding everything else up. This week I’m not just teaching it, I’m living inside it: red on my body, roots on my plate, safety as the whole point.

Here’s something most people don’t know about me — underneath the massage table, I’m also doing energy work. Reiki, clearing what’s stuck. Because pain doesn’t start in the muscle. It starts somewhere quieter, and the body just remembers it the loudest.
