Recently, K Soul Spa has been experiencing repeated harassing phone calls, fake bookings, and appointments made with false information. Some individuals have blocked available time slots without confirming, providing a deposit, or showing up for their appointments. This has affected our ability to serve genuine clients who truly want to experience our services.
To protect our clients’ time and ensure fair scheduling, K Soul Spa is implementing a strict deposit and appointment confirmation policy for all future bookings, effective immediately.
Our security cameras and booking records are also active to help document and protect our business from any disruptive or inappropriate activities.
