Watching my kid start his own little pig business at such a young age fills my heart with pride. He is learning responsibility, hard work, and what it means to build something of their own. He is teaching his little sister how to be an entrepreneur.
A huge thank you to my love Michael Hosick for taking the time to teach, encourage, and guide my son every step of the way. These are the lessons that last a lifetime. ❤️🐷🌾

Another one of our girls has officially joined the laying club! 🥚🤍 Today, Ms. Polka laid her very first egg, and we couldn’t be more excited. These little milestones make homestead life so special. Way to go, Ms. Polka! 🐔✨

Our sweet hen, Happy Feet, finally laid her very first egg and officially became a mama!

We have been waiting so patiently for this moment, and it was even more special because our son Diego was the one who found our very first egg.

It’s amazing how something so small can bring so much excitement. Here’s to many more fresh eggs and watching our little flock continue to grow.

Well… I have a rooster! 🐓

One of my “baby chicks” just let out his very first crow, and that’s how I found out he’s actually a rooster! 😂

Meet my handsome Black Copper Marans. From now on, he’ll be in charge of watching over all the ladies. I’m hoping he grows into a kind, gentle protector who takes good care of his flock.

I can’t wait to watch him grow into his new role. Welcome to the job, little man! 🤎🐓

One year ago today, I went on a date with no idea what the future had in store.

If someone had told me then that one year later I’d be celebrating our anniversary as your fiancée, I never would have believed it.
