🙏🏾 TODAY’S DEVOTION: TRUST GOD THROUGH THE PROCESS

Sometimes we have to remind ourselves to trust God, trust His Word, and trust the process.

We are not perfect. We will make mistakes. We will fall. There will be times when we don’t understand what God is doing or why we’re going through certain things.

But when we allow God to speak to us and truly listen, He will bring the message we need.

God’s Word is love.
God’s Word is kindness.
God’s Word is patience.
God’s Word is humility.

His Word teaches us how to move through this beautiful yet sometimes destructive world.

Sometimes we only see with our eyes, but we have to learn to see with our hearts, our minds, and our spiritual understanding. There is a spiritual battle happening around us, and everything we face isn’t always about what we can physically see.

📖 2 Corinthians 4:7–9 reminds us:

“We are hard-pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.”

So today, I want to remind somebody:

You may be pressed, but you’re NOT crushed.
You may be perplexed, but you’re NOT without hope.
You may be persecuted, but you’re NOT abandoned.
You may be knocked down, but you are NOT destroyed.

Keep trusting God. Keep listening. Keep walking. Keep becoming who God has called you to be.

We may fail, but God never does.
We may fall, but He will pick us back up. 🙏🏾

Father, help us trust You even when we don’t understand the process. Give us spiritual discernment to see beyond what our eyes can see. Give us strength when we’re tired, peace when we’re troubled, patience while we’re waiting, and faith when we cannot see the outcome.

Remind us that You are with us every step of the way.

🌅 BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY 🙏🏾

Isaiah 43:19
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

Today, I pray for peace, love, and a heart that continues to give God the praise He deserves. 🙏🏾

I thank You, Lord, for everything You have done in my life—for the miracles, the protection, Your Word, and the understanding You continue to give me about who I am.

Thank You for loving me even when I feel like a wretched soul. Thank You for showing me grace, even in the moments when I struggle to extend that same grace to others.

Thank You, Lord, for loving me when I feel like no one else does. Thank You for hugging me when I need You, and for picking me up every time I fall.

And today, I’m reminded that You are still doing a new thing. Even when I can’t see it yet. Even when I don’t understand it yet. Even when I feel stuck in what was—You are working in what is becoming.

🙏🏾 Lord, help me to recognize the new thing You are doing in my life and give me the faith to trust You through it.

🙏🏽 TODAY’S PRAYER — THANK YOU FOR THE PROCESS

Father God, today I just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank You for everything You do, even when things don’t seem to be working in my favor.

Sometimes things don’t go the way I planned.
Sometimes things don’t happen when I want them to.
Sometimes I look around and wonder, “Lord, when is it going to happen?”

But You continue to remind me:

Be patient.
Wait on Me.
Trust Me.
Let Me lead you.

Because nothing I’m doing is going unheard.

Nothing I’m praying is going unnoticed.

You are simply grooming me for Your glory and for my good.

Yesterday was my first presentation, and there were mishaps, mix-ups, and things that didn’t go exactly as planned.

But Father, people showed up.

And for that, I thank You.

Thank You for giving me the courage to step forward.

Thank You for giving me the knowledge to learn.

Thank You for giving me the spirit to keep going.

Thank You for giving me an opportunity to pursue something that You have placed on my heart.

And thank You for reminding me that I don’t have to have everything figured out.

I just have to be willing to move when You say move, wait when You say wait, and trust You while You work.

Father, help me to be patient.

Help me not to rush what You are preparing.

Help me not to become discouraged when I don’t see the results immediately.

Help me remember that patience is part of the process.

You are opening doors.
You are making ways.
You are giving me courage.
You are giving me wisdom.
You are giving me strength.

And if I continue to let You lead me and guide me, all things will come together according to Your will and in Your perfect timing.

So today, I don’t want to complain about what hasn’t happened.

I want to praise You for what You have already done.

Thank You for yesterday.
Thank You for the people who showed up.
Thank You for the opportunity.
Thank You for the courage.
Thank You for the lessons.
Thank You for the mistakes that taught me.
Thank You for the strength to try again.

You deserve all the praise, all the honor, and all the glory.

Bless those who are watching this prayer. Give them patience while they’re waiting on You. Remind them that just because things aren’t happening the way they expected doesn’t mean You’re not working.

You’re working even when we can’t see it.

So we’ll wait.
We’ll trust.
We’ll keep moving.
And we’ll give You praise through the process.

Blessed be Your name.
Blessed are You, Lord.
