Earth and Roots CBD work with health supplements such as nootropics, and others. We empower consumers with education and guide them to the right product to live their best life.

We have 5 locations in Allen, Richardson, Frisco, Fort Worth and the Colony! We are mainly hiring for Allen and Richardson immediately. Your responsibilities will be opening and closing the store, staying up to speed on the products we offer, and directly interfacing with customers as the store’s main point of sale!

Pay starts at $10/hour during your 3-4 days onboarding/training phase, then moves up to $12/hour after qualified training! Experienced sales associate have the ability to earn $13-15 an hour plus tips. Our tips average $20-$60 dollars daily. Sales associates keep all tips during their shift. Hey y’all!! Our Fort Worth location at West 7th is officially opened! From the build out, to our opening banner, we’ve made it:) huge thanks to our team for making this happen!
