We've been working non-stop to create a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees over the past couple of months and strongly believe we can safely stay open. That's why we've joined a petition asking counties to allow hair salons to stay open.

To our valued customers. We hope that you are safe and well. We are reopening with limited staff and hours beginning the 28th. We look forward to seeing you soon.

In preparation for your visit, we are sharing the following information:

• If you are not feeling well or exhibiting any of the following symptoms: Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fever, Chills, Muscle pain, Sore throat, or New loss of taste or smell - please stay home and return when you are feeling better. You will be asked these questions before entering.

• Our capacity will be limited and wait times will be long and may be up to two to three hours. If you have not done so, this would be a great time to download the Great Clips online check-in app. Checking in online will provide you with your estimated wait time and get you on the waitlist fastest. We are not allowed to accept walk ins in the beginning. The app will update your expected wait time as you move up the list. We recommend arriving when you have 10 to 15 minutes left in your wait time.

• Due to high volumes the wait times on the app fluctuate as haircut times vary and as staff go on breaks. Be prepared that your estimated wait times will fluctuate as you get closer to the top of the list.

• Salon operating hours are expected to be temporarily reduced. The app is the best way to stay updated on this information.

• The only services that will be offered at the present time are haircuts, bang trims and neck trims. We do not know when other services will be offered again.

• For your protection, and the protection of our stylists, you will be required to wear a mask or other face-covering while in the salon.

• Due to social distancing requirements, except in special situations, only the person receiving the service may be in the cutting area. Only people on the wait list will be allowed in the lobby to wait as the get to the top of the waitlist.

• Due to current sanitation standards, restrooms are currently not available to customers.

• In our effort to handle the increased demand and minimize disruptions, phone calls to the salon will not be answered. The message greeting will only provide current expected operating hours. The app and Greatclips.com will have the most current information.

• We will be unable to accept stylist requests.

• If you know of a licensed stylist interested in employment, or someone interested in temporarily working as a receptionist please contact us.

Most of all, please be patient and kind. We are doing the best we can under unique circumstances out of our control.
