Hi friends! I had my post-op appointment on Monday. I got the big, uncomfortable splint and stitches removed. The incision this time is much bigger because it was a more involved surgery. The dr is happy with the way I’m healing. He decided to keep me in the removable splint for four weeks instead of two. I’ll start occupational therapy in September. Fingers crossed it all goes well and I’ll be back to work.

Hi friends! Surgery went well yesterday. The dr is confident that this procedure stabilized the bone. I started getting feeling back in my arm, trying to stay ahead of the pain. I’ll start rehab in about four weeks. Until then, I’ll be in this beauty. 🤣 I miss you all!

Hi friends! I had my appointment with a new dr on Monday to get a second opinion, which was recommended by my surgeon. They order a MRI to get a better idea of what’s going on in my wrist and to rule out an infection in the bone. I do not have an infection, thank God! My next, and hopefully final surgery will be July 28. This one is going to be pretty involved, but the dr said I should notice improvement and pain relief in two weeks. I appreciate all of the prayers and well wishes!
