improving your health peace by peace since 2017. MASSAGE. SAUNA. COUPLES MASSAGE. FACIALS. CUPPING. LED LIGHT THERAPY

Massage has been proven to provide pain, headache and stress relief, improve posture, flexibility and circulation, lower blood pressure, strengthen your immune system, and combat depression. Using my knowledge and training of various modalities (deep, swedish, thai, prenatal etc.), I customize each session to the needs of each client for one set price. Another passion of mine is art and creating unique experiences that make people feel valued; I live for those memorable, special moments(I think we all do) so you'll see that reflected in my studio. I love baking so you can count on homemade treats along with tea/coffee being served while you take a breather before/after your session. I am looking forward to building relationships with and providing a place of peace for my community! Life's too short to spend your time stressed and in pain!

We're upgrading to cotton! 10/13/2026

We're upgrading to cotton!
When you come to Mosaic, I want every detail of your experience to reflect the care that goes into your massage—including the sheets you rest on.

That’s why as our massage sheets need to be replaced I’ve been gradually switching them out for 100% cotton.

I love the feel of cotton, but this decision also comes from learning more about polyester and the tiny plastic fibers it can release. I wanted to share what I’ve learned and encourage you to take a closer look at the fabrics you use at home.

Cotton versus polyester: what’s the difference?

Cotton is a natural plant fiber. Polyester is a synthetic, plastic-based fiber. Many sheets labeled “microfiber” are made from polyester, so it’s helpful to check the actual fiber-content label.

Both materials shed fibers, but polyester sheds plastic fibers. These fibers can be released into the air and wastewater during washing, drying, and everyday use. At Mosaic, we wash our sheets constantly, so reducing our use of polyester may help reduce the release of plastic fibers into the environment.

Why does that matter?

Research has measured plastic fibers released into the air from polyester clothing during everyday wear—not just into wastewater during laundry. Choosing fewer polyester textiles is one practical way to reduce a source of plastic fiber pollution. (Research on plastic fiber release)

Scientists have also detected microplastics in human blood and other tissues. Food, drinking water, and the air we breathe are among the exposure routes being studied. Researchers are still working to understand how much enters our bodies and what that may mean for long-term health. For me, that’s reason enough to be thoughtful about the materials we use. (NIH, FDA)

Cotton can also be a good option for those of us with sensitive skin. In a controlled study involving people with eczema, cotton was better tolerated than the synthetic fabrics tested. That doesn’t mean everyone reacts to polyester, but comfort against your skin is worth considering. (Study on cotton and synthetic fabric tolerance)

Simple changes you can make at home

You don’t need to replace your entire wardrobe or linen closet. Start with items you already need to replace:

• Check your sheet labels. When it’s time for a new set, consider 100% cotton or linen. “Cotton-rich” and cotton blends may still contain polyester.

• Start with a pillowcase. A cotton pillowcase is a small, manageable place to begin.

• Look at pajamas and everyday clothing. Consider cotton options for pieces you wear frequently, and check the percentages on the label.

• Read beyond words like “soft” or “microfiber.” The fiber-content label tells you what the fabric is actually made from.

• Make changes gradually. Choose natural fibers as items wear out, keeping comfort, usefulness, and your budget in mind.

If you’re looking for cotton clothing or linens, two online stores I’ve purchased from are Pact and Natural Life. I’ve found some of my favorite leggings at wearpact.com (https://wearpact.com/) and my favorite cotton sheets at Natural Life naturallife.com (https://www.naturallife.com/) I usually wait for a sale, and both sites may offer discounts for first-time customers.

I’m making this change at Mosaic because I care about the materials surrounding you during your time here. My hope is that sharing it helps you make a few thoughtful choices for your own home, too.

Warmly,
Meagan

An update on our pricing starting November 25th

As we head toward the end of the year, I need to share an important update with our Mosaic community.

After keeping our rates the same for over 2 years, beginning November 25th, our rates will increase to match the prices in our surrounding area (bringing our 60-minute therapeutic massage to $125 and the other services will adjust accordingly).

Why We’re Making This Change

I know massage and facial services aren’t cheap and I don’t take that lightly.

At the same time, I truly believe caring for our bodies is one of the most worthwhile investments we can make. We only get one body to carry us through this life. Making time to relieve pain and tension, rest, slow down, and support our overall health can positively affect so many other areas of our lives.

Supporting Our Team

One of the biggest reasons for this adjustment is our team.

It’s very important to me that our massage therapists and estheticians are compensated well for the skilled and physically demanding work they do. I pay our practitioners a high percentage of each service because I want Mosaic to be a place where experienced professionals can build sustainable careers.

This helps us retain the wonderful therapists already here while continuing to attract talented, experienced professionals as Mosaic grows.

Almost all of our massage therapists have 10+ years of experience and some with over 20 years of experience and they continue their education each year, bringing new knowledge and techniques into the treatment room.

One of the ways I’ve been able to keep our prices lower than others around over the years is by personally taking on much of the behind-the-scenes work.

That includes:

• Secretarial and administrative work
• Cleaning and restocking the studio
• Washing and folding the laundry
• Making the homemade, healthy treats we offer our guests
• Marketing and many of the everyday responsibilities involved in running Mosaic

With this increase, I hope to begin outsourcing some of these responsibilities.

Being a mother of three and beginning my first year of homeschooling, having some additional help behind the scenes would give me more time with my family while also allowing me to focus more of my energy on Mosaic, supporting our team, and continuing to improve your experience.

Value Included in Your Massage

We love incorporating thoughtful details that make the entire experience feel elevated.

Every massage includes:

• Deep tissue work at no additional charge, customized to your needs
• Your choice of essential oils
• High-quality avocado oil and organic skin care products
• 100% cotton sheets (still in the process of switching them out)
• Hot towels incorporated into your treatment
• A complimentary beverage — spring water, seltzer water, or tea
• A homemade treat
• Heated hydraulic massage tables for greater comfort and customization
• A peaceful, unhurried environment where you can fully relax
• A treatment thoughtfully tailored to your body, needs, and goals

Continuing to Invest in Mosaic
Over the last few years, we’ve continued investing in our space with new paint, décor, central air conditioning, hydraulic massage tables , and our transition to 100% cotton massage linens (which are 3x the price of the microfiber sheets that I used to purchase but worth it!)

And We’re Not Finished 🤍

Looking ahead, we hope to create a welcoming outdoor sitting area near our entrance, along with an additional treatment space where you can extend your time at Mosaic with offerings such as LED light therapy and a soothing herbal foot soak.

We want the entire experience — from the moment you walk through our doors until the moment you leave — to feel thoughtful, comfortable, restorative, and worth the investment.

We want you to feel genuinely cared for, to have time to slow down, and to receive a treatment that is thoughtfully tailored to you.

Why November 25th?

We’re making this change one month before Christmas to help avoid gift-card complications and make sure gift cards purchased for Christmas reflect our updated pricing.

Most of all, thank you for continuing to support our small business and the talented therapists who make Mosaic what it is.

Every appointment, gift card, referral, kind review, and return visit supports real families and allows us to continue doing work we deeply care about.

We truly appreciate every person who chooses to spend their time with us. Hope to see you soon!🤍

Welcoming Liz to the Mosaic team! 09/24/2026

Join us in welcome Liz Doyle LMT.

We feel so fortunate that Liz chose to make on a career change after becoming a mother and found her way to massage therapy. Before entering the wellness field, Liz had a adventurous career as a private jet flight attendant and stewardesses and chef aboard private yachts.

As an ENFP, Liz is naturally warm , friendly and welcoming and brings that positive energy into her massage sessions.

We’re so excited to have her as part of the Mosaic team and for you all to meet her! She’ll be massaging on Wed, Thurs , Fri and Saturdays.
I will let her introduce herself further.

“I’m Liz - a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and a massage therapist who feels deeply called to healing practices. For me, this work is more than a profession—it is a way of aligning with my life’s purpose and paying forward the healing, wisdom, and compassion that has been shared with me. I’m trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone, and light therapy - I believe every body carries its own story and wisdom. I tailor each session to what you need in the moment, creating space to soften, release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe healing unfolds when we give ourselves permission to slow down, listen inward, and simply be. My hope is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can step away from the pace of everyday life and return to your own natural rhythm. Nature is an important part of my own grounding and spiritual practice, and I find peace in time with family, sailing, walking the beaches and marsh, being outdoors, and sharing good food. I feel honored to walk alongside those seeking healing and growth, and to offer a space where you can be, receive, and reconnect with yourself.”

Booking on Liz's schedule is available online or through text for Wednesdays through Saturdays!
