To Our Valued Community, Clients, and Friends,

Over the past few weeks, it has come to our attention that several false posts and unsubstantiated claims about Hall of Fadez and myself (Q) have been circulating online.
As a small business owner who was raised in this community, played sports here, and now serves local families and youth, my standard for how we run our shop is anchored in respect, integrity, and inclusion. Anyone who knows me or has walked through our doors knows who I am as a person and what Hall of Fadez stands for.

We take great pride in creating a welcoming, respectful, and safe space for every client who sits in our chairs. The false claims being posted online from people that have never been to this shop, do not represent our morals, our staff, or the way we treat people.

Constructive feedback from real, verified clients is always taken seriously and handled professionally. However, targeted defamation and false rumors only serve to undermine a local business built on hard work and community support.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, stood up for us, and continues to support Hall of Fadez. We will remain focused on providing top-tier service, maintaining our high standard of professionalism, and serving this community with pride.
