We are excited to introduce Kenya Guilford as the new ADS Coordinator at Parker Residential & Care Services!

Kenya brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, along with an impressive background as a:

✅ Certified Personal Trainer
✅ Certified in Nutrition & Tactical Training
✅ Certified Medical Assistant
✅ NFHS High School & Jr. High Coach

Kenya is passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals and helping them live more independently. She specializes in developing personalized plans that support wellness, independence, and social engagement—whether through fitness, nutrition, or compassionate care.

Her well-rounded experience allows her to work closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve.

New year new you special for the month of January only . 12 personals for $250, 10 personal sessions for $200, 8 personals for $100. All payments for this deal must be paid in full before training starts. This is for new and established clients. You must give me at least a 2 hour notice for all cancellations or you will be charged a $10 cancellations fee.
