the fill cycle, explained ✨

I usually recommend a soak off + fresh set after about 3–4 fills.

not because anything is “wrong,” but because after a while, nails can start curving underneath the enhancement, old product can hide lifting, cracks, moisture, or even greenies if we’re not careful.

a fresh set lets me fully check the health of your natural nails, rebalance the structure, and keep everything clean underneath.
