5 tips I wish someone told me as a beginner pmu artist

1) PRACTICE DAILY!!!
Training is for learning the fundamentals, how-tos, and rules about pmu. It’s your responsibility to go home and practice!! I recommend 15-20 minutes daily.

2) Only use high quality product
This will greatly improve your healed results. If your clients are pay $200+ for a service you should only be using high quality products and equipment

3) Take advantage of social media
This includes tick tick, YouTube, Instagram, YouTube. Do your research on how each platform works.

4) Brand yourself
What does your pmu business stand for? Who is the face behind your brand

5) Don’t give up
Some people pick up on pmu fast. Some people have to put in the extra work to become confident in their skills and that’s okay. I was one of those people. The more you practice the better you’ll get.

Most people don’t know that in the begging of my permanent makeup journey, I actually struggled. Learning permanent makeup did not come easy to me.

In the beginning I would literally practice every single day. This allowed me to improve my skills and have confidence in myself. Apply that pressure! ⭐️

I always tell future clients never be afraid of going bold in color. It will still heal very natural but be more noticeable than a natural shade.
