Texxture a Salon has gotten a facelift!! In celebration of our 10 year anniversary at this location & our 15 year anniversary of salon existence, we decided it was time to update our look!! We have the best salon family & the most amazing clients, & we hope everyone loves the new look as much as we do!!

Hi everyone!! Now through the end of November we are going to begin collecting new and gently used clothing items for all school aged children and teens at Texxture A Salon.
As Christmas fast approaches and you begin to clean out your kids closets to make room for new things, please think of as a drop site. We have been told there is an urgent need for Middle School aged sizes but we will accept any age, size and gender.
Please bring items laundered and free of rips, tears, stains etc. Donations to benefit local children/families. Thank you in advance for your generosity! If you have any questions please let us know! Ty! Feel free to share this post as well!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give a quick update. I have been back to work for about 6 weeks now and it has been really wonderful to see all of u that I have. If I haven't seen you I hope to soon. I am working Tuesdays 12-8:30 Wednesday alternate 9-4:30/12-8:30 and Fridays 9-5:30. As the holidays get closer I'll b adding more hours including some Saturdays. I can't thank u all enough for the kindness, patience, love and friendship that u have all shown me this year....it truly touches my heart! Although I am still working on myself and putting my life back together after the lose of John... I am getting stronger each day. And with everyday that passes I feel just a tiny bit more like myself. I am very Blessed to have so much support in my life....ty!! See u all soon!

Hi everyone!! I hope u r all well! First of all thank u so much for the love and support u have given me over these last couple of months....I cannot fully express what it means to me.
This journey of grieving the loss of a spouse is a rough, rocky and unpredictable one full of fear, anxiety and depression. A road I never wanted to be on for sure. For any of u that have done it, my heart bleeds for u and if u have not, I pray u never have to.
Each day I am healing a little bit more. Between counceling, grief groups, and quite frankly, medication (and maybe a little wine) I am beginning to see that I will survive this. I am trying to look to a different future w/o John but I still can't quite imagine what that will be.
With that said.....many of u have been inquiring about when i will b returning to work and scheduling appts. As of right now, I am still not exactly sure when that will be.....but I am hoping pretty soon. Probably within the next couple of months. I promise to keep u all posted and when I feel strong enough and ready enough I will let u know. I appreciate ur patience, caring and concern while I navigate thru this healing process. Ty!!
