Team Thunder

My weight loss journey has been an adventure of ups and downs. We sat down tonight and talked about what my goal was for 5ks. My goal was to double what I did last year. With that being said that number in 10 total. We figured it out I need to complete 4 more to hit my goal. With that, these dates have been decided. Patrick Waltenburg J.R. Waltenburg April Waltenburg Robin Eldridge

10-25-26 Falling Leaves 5K
11-8-26 Good Grief 5K
11-26-26 Turkey Trot 5K
12-20-26 Santa Run 5K

If anyone wants to join the run or be there for the finish, there's your dates.

Race for the cure.

I apologize for not being on this more. But I wanted to make the announcement that team thunder has a 5k on sunday for the Susan G Coleman run in Toledo OH. We support Tinker Tot (my wife) on this adventure teaming up with DadsWay for our shirts. Stay tuned. We are excited.

Growth becomes real when you catch yourself responding with more wisdom, courage and discipline than the old version of you could. Keep going.

We met some amazing people as always.

I dont think 1:09:28 for 4 miles for my age and size is to bad. My weight loss journey still continues, just slowly. Can't rush the process as much as I want it.

Not bad at all. Had a good time there. On to planning the next one.
I believe Aug. 30th
Team Thunder we put another one in the books.
