Empower Through Esthetics

⭐️ This Empower Through Esthetics session was all about vision boards & goal setting! ⭐️

Our table was filled with scissors, stickers, markers and colorful paper - everything students needed to bring their ideas to life ✂️

We started by talking about general goals, reflecting on their school experiences - the good, the bad, and what they’re most excited for in the future. 💭 From there, students created vision boards that captured their dreams, passions and paths they see for themselves ahead. 🎨

💡 Why is this important?
Activities like this help our youth:
- Build self-awareness and confidence in their future goals
- Express themselves creatively in a supportive space
- Reflect on challenges and turn them into motivation
- Visualize the kind of life and career they want to create

We welcomed Eleesha Lockett from , who guided our students through an interactive workshop on creating their own personal or business brand.

The students started by brainstorming a logo that reflects their personality, future goals, or dream business. 🎨
✏️ They first sketched their ideas on paper, then brought them to life digitally using Canva - learning how design tools can turn vision into reality.
