🚧✨ EXPANSION UPDATE! ✨🚧

Wellllll… apparently expanding a business takes longer than I thought it would!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

We had originally hoped to reopen this week, buttttttt between construction, organizing, inventory and turning chaos into something pretty…. we’ve realized we need just a littllllleeee more time to get everything finished just the way we want it! 💕

The good news? The new space is coming together SO beyond beautifully and we are more excited than ever to share it with you! 🥹🙌

To make sure everything is stocked, organized and ready for all the exciting things we have planned, our reopening date has been pushed back to either this Saturday 6/20 or next Friday 6/26 — be sure to stay tuned for updates, proper to coming by! We’re aiming high though Barbie fam and are hoping we can knock out final touches, by Friday evening; send us all the good juju ya got; we need it (and more caffeine!) for this deadline! LOL 😂

Thank you all so much for your patience, support and encouragement while we continue growing! We know being closed is inconvenient, but we promise it’ll totally be worth the wait! ❤️ There are some BIG things happening behind the scenes just for YOU! 😱💕

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have approximately 47 more things to finish and only enough caffeine for 12 of them! ☕️🤣 (someone send help, I may have just lost my mind! Lol 😆)

🚧✨ BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT BOHO BARBIE LOCS! ✨🚧

We wanted to give everyone a heads up that our storefront will be closed for in-person shopping June 11th–18th while we work on expanding AGAIN! 🥳🙌

Thanks to all of your incredible support, we’ve officially outgrown our current setup and are adding a second install room and expanding our retail space! 😱💕

Not only will this give us more room to accommodate installs (as well as allowing us to offer uninstalls + add on options for both!) and create a more comfortable experience for our clients, but it will also become the home of our brand-new Barbie Locs Collection! 🎀✨

The new space will be stocked with:

💕 Bundles of 5
💕 Partial Sets
💕 Full Sets
💕 Multiple styles and lengths ready to take home the same day

This is something we’ve been working toward for a long time, and we’re SO excited to finally bring more ready-to-wear options to the shop while continuing to grow our custom side as well! 🥹♥️

📦 Online and current orders will continue as normal.
💌 Messages may take a little longer than usual while we’re covered in glitter, tools, boxes, and construction dust.
🛍️ In-person shopping will resume on June 19th.

We are beyond grateful for every order, share, comment, appointment, referral, and word-of-mouth recommendation that has helped us reach this point. Watching Boho Barbie Locs grow from a dream into something that continues to expand is truly surreal. 🥹♥️

We’ve had a HUGE influx of orders and need a full catch-up day (or two) to make sure everything keeps moving smoothly and every custom gets the time and attention it deserves.

I’m STILL so excited that we get to partner with this company - they’re AMAZING and I genuinely do love them, that much! Their products, are legit and I just cannot even get over how good I get to smell — the way they make my curls and dreads feel, just seems like a bonus cause I’m SO obsessed with that Nag Champa!! We haven’t added the other scents just yet but will be shortly adding 2 more to the lineup! 😱🙌🏻

We DID however add dread wraps and dread towels! ♥️ I absolutely LOVE my wrap and my towel — sleeping in a wrap, is soooo much more comfy and the towel is ACTUALLY big enough for my long curls! 👏🏻

Girlllls, if you want products that actually work and are clean — THIS IS IT!!! My curls are happier, my scalp is happier, my natural hair is happier and I just can’t say enough good things!!
