Meet Sylvian Arceneaux
I began my personal loc journey in 2020, and what started as a personal commitment to self-expression and natural hair care quickly grew into a deeper passion rooted in culture, identity, and community. Over the years, I have provided basic loc services to family and friends, creating a space where people could feel comfortable, confident, and connected while embracing their natural beauty. For me, locs represent more than a hairstyle—they reflect strength, self-love, heritage, and authenticity. I take pride in helping individuals feel seen and empowered throughout their journey.

As I continue growing within the natural hair community, I am excited to expand my knowledge and skills through Lioness Academy while continuing to build my craft in loc care. My approach is grounded in professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the people I serve. I value the importance of community-centered work and believe in creating experiences that are welcoming, uplifting, and culturally affirming. My goal is to continue learning, growing, and using my passion to support others in feeling confident in both their appearance and their personal journey.

Meet Ciji
I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother who values faith, family, and resilience. I'm blessed with three children, two sons and one daughter. Along with three wonderful step children. My family continues to grow with five grand children, five great grand children and four beloved grand pups who all bring joy to my life.
As a cancer survivor, I carry strength, gratitude, humbleness and determination in everything I do. I am a passionate natural hair and loc stylist who enjoys helping others feel confident and beautiful. I also work as a dedicated house cleaner. I create clean and welcoming spaces for others. In addition, I serve as a liturgical praise dancer, expressing my faith through worship and movement. My life is centered on love, perseverance, service, and uplifting those around me. Making sure their hair is healthy and they are happy!
