Deirdre Da Loc Goddess Turns 5! 🖤👑✨

Today, October 1st, marks five years in business, and when I look back, I don’t just see appointments, hairstyles, or clients.

I see a journey.

My living room was my starter loc stage.
My first salon was my teenage stage.
My standalone salon was my adult stage.
My current salon is my elder stage. 👑

I’ve used my hands to start the loc journeys of over 1,000 clients. I’ve laughed, cried, hugged, encouraged, poured into, and yes, fussed at 😂…so many of my loc family members.

It’s always been more than hair to me. I’ve always preached, “Trust the process.”

The process of self-love, self-acceptance, becoming your true self, traveling, reading, journaling, and sometimes cutting off people who mean you no good! ❤️

If you’ve sat in my chair, you know, it’s a whole vibe and a relationship.

It hasn’t always been easy. I’ve been tired, frustrated, had to set boundaries, change directions, and grow, not only as a Loctician, but as a businesswoman.

But through it all, I kept going.

And to my Loc Family..THANK YOU. ❤️ Thank you for trusting my hands, trusting my vision, trusting me with your crowns, and most importantly, trusting the process with me.

Thank you for every appointment, referral, review, repost, word of encouragement, and every time you chose to come back and sit in my chair. There is no Da Loc Goddess without YOU.
