@traceydylewski is a massage therapist with over 17 years of experience BUT she is also an incredible healer and guide who I go to every time I need to do some inner work. Today, for my birthday, I am in her backyard spa in Troy, MI for a sauna, cold plunge and 2 hour deep-tissue massage. I am excited to release toxins and some toxic energy and welcome this new year of life on this earth. My goal is simply to love myself and be in this moment now...
