Meet Hailee 🤍

We’re so excited to officially welcome Hailee to the FRINGE family!

Hailee has been doing nails for 8 years and truly loves everything from detailed nail art to a beautiful, classic French. She specializes in builder gel manicures, manicures + pedicures, and natural nail health — so whether you’re looking for something fun or simply want to get your natural nails healthy and looking their best, she’s your girl.

Outside of the salon, Hailee recently became a mom of three after welcoming twin girls — so life is wonderfully busy! You can usually find her spending time with her family, watching Real Housewives, or heading to a good concert.

And even more exciting… Hailee joining us means FRINGE is now open for nail appointments on MONDAYS!

Cover or camouflage?

When it comes to gray, those are two very different approaches.

Traditional gray coverage is meant to hide the gray completely. Gray blending works with it — adding dimension and strategically placed color to soften the contrast and create a more natural grow-out.

Neither approach is one-size-fits-all. It comes down to how much gray you want to see, how often you want to be in the salon, and what you want your color to look like between appointments.

I don’t spend much time behind the chair these days, but this was a transformation I was excited to take on.

Her natural hair is very fine and fragile, so simply adding more hair wasn’t the answer. I took a completely customized approach to her extensions — choosing the placement and amount of hair carefully to add fullness where she needed it without adding unnecessary weight or stress to her natural hair.

The goal wasn’t long, dramatic “extension hair.”

It was to fill in those thinner, weaker areas, create a more balanced shape and give her the fullness she was missing — while protecting the integrity of her natural hair.

And I love how natural the result is.

Extensions aren’t always about length. Sometimes a little strategically placed hair can make all the difference.
