MueveFlex

ALWAYS A STUDENT. ALWAYS LEARNING.

Dr. Jesus Bernal of MueveFleX continues sharpening his hands-on approach to movement and wellness — this time learning from some of the people behind Human Garage.

A special part of the experience was receiving one-on-one guided instruction from Human Garage leader Jason Van Blerk, along with attending the lectures and teachings of Human Garage founder Gary Lineham.

After decades of working hands-on with the human body, Dr. Bernal still believes one thing:

You never stop learning. You never stop improving. And you never stop looking for better ways to help people MOVE BETTER. 🙌

We’re excited to bring new ideas, movement concepts, and hands-on knowledge back home to our MueveFleX community in Tucson. 🌵💚

👉 Muévete mejor. Siéntete mejor. Vive mejor.
