June was good for the soul. It was the first month I actually felt settled into our new space and feel like I’m back to finding my groove to continue us on for the rest of the year.

I’ve spent the most time with family this past month, living more in the moment and I’ve been so busy since I brought color services back onto my schedule.

I can’t believe I’m finally posting this because this has been something that I’ve gone back-and-forth on for the last little bit.

As you know, so much inside of my business has changed this year. We’ve moved, many new employees, all of the things.

I originally made the pivot because I was being spread too thin trying to do it all. I had no balance, our salon was busting at the seams and if I didn’t take a step back a little bit from behind the chair, my team wouldn’t have had the room to go that we needed.

With our new salon, feeling settled and overall just feeling less spread so thin, I have had time to look at my business and look at how I want to continue to help my team grow and a huge area we are lacking in currently is color education.

I didn’t realize how much my team learned from me doing color every day. I didn’t realize by me stopping those services, my team wouldn’t be educated on them every day like they were.

This is gonna be a big step for not only my team because I’m going to be able to pour more knowledge daily into my co-stylist but I’ve also truly missed doing a fun color transformation.

I’m so excited to be opening my books back up to color clients! I’m so blessed and fortunate to have a career that I can pivot when I need to and I’m excited to make this pivot back to my color girls.

I have moved into our Level 3 position! Woot woot! So my pricing has shifted a little for this promotion.
