🧖‍♀️ Don’t overspend trying to make your first space perfect. Clean, comfortable + professional is enough.

✨ Set up your room for WORKFLOW, not just aesthetics. Everything you use during a treatment should make sense where it lives.

🧴 Keep your backbar intentional. You don’t need every product or every new machine to give an amazing facial.

📝 Start good habits NOW ,consultations, consent forms, treatment notes, before + after photos and rebooking.

💰 Know your numbers. Your prices need to cover more than product: rent, supplies, laundry, taxes, education, booking fees + YOUR TIME.

📆 Have cancellation, late and no-show policies before you need them.

📚 Keep learning, but don’t feel pressured to chase every trend.

📸 Document your journey. Take pictures of your work, your room and your growth.

And most importantly…

Your first space does NOT have to look like someone else’s 10th-year space.

Start where you are. Take care of your clients. Build strong systems. Get really good at what you do.
