It can, until you see what that volume actually looks like.

One syringe of filler is typically about 1 mL. That’s roughly 1/5 of a teaspoon. So when your injector recommends two or three syringes, we’re still talking about a relatively small amount of product, strategically placed to create balance, restore volume, or soften the changes that happen naturally with age.

The part we REALLY want you to know: we are never trying to increase our bottom line by suggesting multiple syringes.

Some treatment plans call for one syringe. Others may call for several, especially when we’re treating multiple areas or restoring volume across the face. More syringes does not automatically mean a more “filled” look. Placement, product choice, anatomy, and the experience of your injector matter tremendously.
