I’m on a mission rn and just by showing up daily for 4 weeks straight I’ve gained almost 2k followers, and that’s AFTER blocking all the creeps and weirdos that want to sexualize my content for the male gaze.

“Content creating” is not my favorite but you know what is!? Being me ☺️🙃 so if you have a dream and it involves gaining an online community go for it!!! I’m not on here just trying to “get insta famous” or gain followers. I’m trying to find my people and gain a community outside of the one I have at home in person. This is going to be epic!

I think about this often when it comes to my own space.

The women I share on this page are not here for male entertainment. They are not content for your pleasure and consumption. They are real women participating in a ritual of care, vulnerability, trust, and connection.

What may look like a simple Brazilian wax to some is often a sacred moment between women. We talk about our bodies, our cycles, motherhood, sexuality, healing, and all the things women deserve to explore safely.

Just because something is visible does not make it an invitation… My page is public because my business requires it. That does not mean every audience is welcome.

I will continue to block men who follow this page for the wrong reasons. Not out of hatred for men, but out of respect for the women who trust me with their bodies and their stories. Yes I do wax men, yes I do have trusted male friends who follow and support my business. I use discretion not discrimination.

My goal here is not simply to GROW my following, but to CAREfully curate a community that is SAFE for all women to feel all things, share, heal and CELEBRATE what it is to be WOMBAN ❤️‍🔥

Artemis reminds us that women have always deserved spaces where they can simply exist without being watched, consumed, perceived or chased. That boundaries don’t need explaining and you don’t need to feel bad for protecting what is sacred to you.

Having dreads is cool because I can always use my own hair as a hair tie but after 5 hours my head starts to hurt with the weight so we just … toss toss 😂😂

This “one & done” is a technique that I LOVE for regulars. Anyone who’s been waxing for more than 6 months could try this. I’d never suggest for a first timer and I’ll never pressure to try. I’ve never had anyone try it and not love it.

Somehow doing both sides at once reduces the pain and gets it over faster, reducing anxiety therefore reducing sensitivity. As someone who studies somatics it’s important to note that the MORE nervous and anxious you are the MORE sensitive your body becomes!

“One” references both lab!a at once not the entire Brazilian at once. We still have the bikini line and clean up separately so it doesn’t necessarily save time or wax but it DOES save you the anxiety of doing both sides separately. Just let me know if you want to try this next time!
