The tragedy that unfolded yesterday has weighed heavily on so many of us.
My heart is with everyone affected by the tragic shooting in our community. To those grieving the loss of loved ones, those carrying firsthand trauma, our first responders, medical staff, and everyone quietly trying to process the unimaginable—you are in my thoughts. Please be gentle with yourselves and with one another. In times like these, our community is strongest when we come together, extend grace, and remind each other that no one has to carry the weight alone.
For those who feel like they need a quiet place to slow down, breathe, and let their nervous system rest, I'll be opening an appointment tomorrow (Monday) at 3:00/3:30 PM. I also have several openings available Tuesday and one appointment remaining Wednesday at 11:15 AM.
As a reminder, my Back-to-School Special is happening now, with 10% off any session booked before the kids head back to class. Whether you need a moment to recharge before the school year begins or simply need some time to care for yourself, now is a great opportunity to get on the schedule.

Well... I accidentally took a vacation from social media. 😅 Between keeping my massage table busy and moving into a new home, life has been a little chaotic lately!
Since I've been quiet, I wanted to pop in with a quick reminder: I don't take walk-ins, and I'm usually booked 1–2 weeks out. I absolutely love meeting new clients, so don't let that scare you away! If you're willing to be a little patient, I'd be happy to get you on the schedule. If a cancellation pops up, my waitlist always gets first dibs before I post the opening.
