Fit Worthy by Katie

I have struggled to get healthy meals on my family’s table while simultaneously juggling the schedule of my family of 5. I want to help you get healthy and yummy meals on your table on those busy nights as an alternative to take out. These are all meals I make for my own family (kid approved!) while not breaking the budget. There is no guilt with these meals. All meals are freezer ready and easy to bake/heat up on a busy night. I always offer a few gluten free and dairy free options. Here’s how it works. Each month, I’ll post the menu on the group/page. You will have 10-12 meals to choose from that will repeat on a seasonal menu. Each season lasts 3 months and sizes of any given meal serve 2-3 people (Small) or 4-6 people (Large). Please send us a message with any questions! We look forward to serving your family!
