I started working out with the best person ever, Julia, and began making wiser food choices.

Today, I can honestly say I feel so much better. Mentally stronger, my anxiety has improved, and I feel more powerful in my own body. And this is just the beginning ✨

From day one, my priority has been to feel better with myself and stay healthy. I haven’t lost much weight—and that’s okay. Because my focus isn’t the scale… it’s becoming stronger and healthier.

I’m taking it one step at a time, showing up for myself every day 💪🏼
