As a stylist, the hardest part of my job isn’t the technique it’s having the hard conversation. Telling a client that bleach or extensions aren’t the right answer right now is tough, but protecting the integrity of your hair will always be my top priority.
We see filtered photos and expect instant transformations, but hair has limits. Compromising your natural hair health for a quick look only leads to damage, breakage, and regret down the road.
Loving yourself means learning to embrace what your hair can safely handle. True beauty is healthy hair period.
