We wanted to create a natural, sun-kissed look with a soft blend for an easy, low-maintenance grow out.
And the best part? Showing her just how much natural curl she really has. 🤎➰ A little curl love, the right products, and styling techniques can make such a difference!

✨ Gray Blending Without Lightening ✨

The goal wasn’t to cover her gray—it was to let it shine and create a seamless transition between her natural gray and her previous color, without lightening her hair so that her gray can continue to come in.

And because we wanted a little drama 🖤, we added a bold black lowlight to break up the existing color and create dimension. Then we toned the rest to a softer, cooler, more natural shade that blends beautifully with her gray as it continues to grow in.

Gray blending doesn’t always mean adding highlights. Sometimes it’s about working with what’s naturally coming in and adjusting everything around it. 🤍🖤

This role includes a variety of tasks that help keep the salon running smoothly, including:
• Assisting both salon owners
• Front desk and office tasks
• Laundry and cleaning
• Stocking and organizing
• General salon support

We're looking for someone who is:
