To ensure fairness. Every client deserves the full amount of time they booked and paid for. Timed appointments help us make sure each guest receives the same consistent experience without one appointment cutting into the next.
When one appointment starts late, it can affect every client after it and we never want someone who arrived on time to receive less than what they paid for.
Arriving early helps us keep things fair, consistent, and running smoothly for everyone. 🤍
