That’s the day that I had one of my worst panic attacks at the amazing salon I work at. That is the day that my brain decided that the salon is no longer a safe place. That is the day that my brain had burned into my memory and has scared me to my core.
But…
I keep fighting, I keep trying to show up and fight through the uncomfortable scary feelings. I keep going and showing up because this is my dream career! If you’re not new here you know how hard I fought for this career. If you are new here I will share my story soon on perseverance and not giving up in college ♥️
To my clients who have not given up on me…thank you guys for being patient and letting me work through the fear. Thank you for letting me come scared, thank you for letting me try to get through this with your support, thank you for letting me be so vulnerable with you all 🫶🏻
I know soon I will look back and be able to say “gosh look what I made it through” and share my testimony. In the meantime retraining my brain that the salon is my happy place is so hard but I won’t give up, this is what I was made to do. Nothing fills my cup more than to pamper and serve others. I love you all thank you for the support the last few months ♥️🫶🏻♥️

I needed some exposure therapy at the salon today. My agoraphobia and panic attacks have been trying to keep trapped at home. I won’t give up I will beat this! Thank you to everyone who has been so understanding ♥️ My pup was especially thrilled that I chose him to be my support dog today 😂

Post weaning (didn’t even know that was a thing) ✨agoraphobia ✨panic attacks. My battle as a mom, hairstylist, and wife: I know I will beat this but some days are so so hard. Thank you to the people who showed up so big for me today.
