The goal of Queen Ink Studio is to help each of you become a more charming, attractive and mind-blowing Queen. My mission as a Professional Permanent Makeup Artist is to create a personalized approach for each of Studio's Clients to achieve their beauty goals. Mila Yangel Hale is a International Certified Coach and Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist, author of her own Permanent Makeup training techniques. In 2005 she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of the State University in Chisinau, Moldova. Mila has over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry in Moldova, Ukraine and Russia. She is a member of the International Society of Esthetic Derma-pigmentation Specialists (SEDS), a member of the International Permanent Makeup League, and is a member of various International Congresses and Symposia. She has been trained by the best Permanent Makeup Artists around the World, attending training classes in Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Estonia, Italy and Germany. She tirelessly strives to continue improving her skills at a professional level.
