Alright everyone! I can still do massages because I survived the Oregon Trail and didn't die of dysentery! 😂 The Oregon Trail Game 5k was so much fun! The 233 steps up the hill by the municipal elevator were grueling.

Happy 55th anniversary Earth Day! earthday.org has a lot of great information if you need some place to start. I know it can be overwhelming to think of trying to take action, but even cleaning up litter on the ground that you see is a good way to start. Hopefully everyone was able to get outside today and enjoy nature!🌱🌎
