🎒 IT'S ALMOST THAT TIME... 🎒

Happy Tuesday, friends! Can you BELIEVE some of our kiddos start school in less than 2 weeks?! 😱 Holy moly, where did this summer go?!

This summer has been such a gift — having Chris home most of the season meant I could be more flexible with my schedule and honestly, it's been so nice. 🥰 But once he's back to work and the kids are back in school (plus ALL their activities ramping up), my schedule is going to tighten back up again.

Don't worry though — I will always do my best to get you all in! 💜 Seriously, thank you for choosing me to be part of your health journey. I get to do a career I love and support my family because of YOU. That's not something I take for granted. 🙏

Mine are growing up way too fast: my son is starting his LAST year of elementary school 🎓 and my daughter is entering her Sophomore year AND starting driver's ed this fall after she turns 15! 😳🚗 YIKES. I am NOT ready for that one!!

Everyone knows by now I love my skeletons and I LOVE Halloween. Well now that it's Augtober, lol I know it's not a real thing, I am bringing out all of the skeletons inside and outside again! Can you guess how many are going to join Shelly, Fred and Ozzy this year outside?
My daughter and I may have picked up more this weekend for the office as well! I wonder how many you will see!?
It should not be difficult to find my office down our suburban street for sure!

If you’re looking for ways to help UMCOR is a great organization who is there usually before the Red Cross. My family’s connected to one family who lost their home already. This smoke is bad enough for us but it’s nothing compared to the families in the midst of these fires

Join us in prayer for people in eastern Washington state, especially near Spokane, who are under threat from wildfires. Pray that those who must evacuate do so safely. Pray also for first responders working to contain the fires and helping those in need of assistance. As Gov. Bob Ferguson stated, “If you are in the area, please continue to be vigilant and follow directions of emergency personnel.”

UMCOR is in communication with the The Pacific Northwest Conference of The United Methodist Church CDRC and stand ready to assist their recovery efforts as needed.

I'm back in the office after an incredible time away with family and friends — and let me tell you, the pups made SURE we knew how much we were missed the second we walked in the door yesterday! 🐾

I want to say a huge thank you to all of you for your patience and understanding while I was gone. You let me be almost 100% present with my family, and that gift meant more than you know. It was relaxing, rejuvenating, and honestly one of the most exciting trips I've taken in a long time.

And speaking of exciting... I finally crossed something off my bucket list. 🏄‍♀️ I got up on a surfboard — multiple times! Picture proof below because I still can't quite believe it myself. 😄

I'm back to catching up on things today, and I'll be reaching back out to those of you who messaged while I was away. Thank you again for giving me the space to fully unplug. 💜
