OK OK I know shameless self promotion. But I just have to say, it's really exciting to be part of the changing field of wellness and how we can be empowered to support our health and live fully

I'm proud and grateful to share that I recently graduated with a Master's, Ph.D.,and Doctorate in Natural Medicine. It's the completion of a lifelong dream...and the beginning of a new one. It took a village and I am most grateful for my family, my mentors and the many participants in my research.

Fortunately, the results are promising which indicate that we can increase our resilience, reduce stress, and alter the course and intensity of chronic diseases through personal empowerment by using cutting edge wearables and traditional healing practices. I am looking forward to integrating this in my practice.

I am eternally grateful to my amazing partner, Judy Asbury, without whom I would never have been able to do this. Many times she would convince me that more than we imagine is possible and not to quit or compromise. Above all, when I had doubt she had none. She is my North Star. Love you always.

Taking a study break this week with my new grandson Toby in Iowa. Ain't life great?
