All massages will be therapeutic/deep tissue, neuromuscular massage, myofascial massage, trigger point
therapy, sports massage. Also including proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Range of Motion(ROM) joint
mobilization/manipulation, cross fiber, myofascial release, Treatment will have Swedish massage base and finishing
with, effleurage, petrissage.
