Please join us in welcoming **Rob Patton, MDiv**, founder of Heart Man Healing Arts, whose work centers on embodied consent, authentic communication, compassionate presence, and meaningful human connection.

On **Sunday, August 30**, Rob will be facilitating **Community Cuddles**—a unique three-hour experiential workshop designed to help participants develop healthier relationships with boundaries, consent, and connection.

This workshop is **not about cuddling** as much as it is about learning to:
• Listen to your body's authentic "yes" and "no"
• Practice asking for what you want with clarity
• Receive "no" without shame or pressure
• Honor your own boundaries while respecting others'
• Build confidence in authentic, embodied communication

While the workshop concludes with an **optional, fully consensual community cuddle experience**, touch is never required. Every exercise is an invitation, never an obligation. You can participate entirely without physical touch, and a dedicated Solitude Zone is available throughout the event for anyone who would like quiet space to observe, regulate, or simply be.

Rob brings years of experience as a spiritual-care practitioner, ritualist, Reiki practitioner, trained mediator, and consent-centered facilitator. His gentle, grounded approach creates an environment where people can explore connection with curiosity, clarity, and respect.

Whether you come alone, with a friend, or with a partner, you'll find a welcoming, inclusive space where consent, communication, and personal agency come first.

SolSync Breathwork invites you to gently explore the connection between your breath, body, and the experiences that shape how you move through life.
This is a heart-led journey that weaves conscious breathing, immersive sound, and precise guidance to move what the mind could never resolve.

We begin by synchronizing breath and heart rhythm, downshifting the nervous system and opening the body into a state of safety. From there, the breath becomes a key, unlocking stored emotional charge, suppressed memory, and unprocessed experiences held deep in the tissues of the body.

As the session progresses, the thinking mind loosens its grip. You enter altered states of awareness where time softens, the body speaks, and long-held patterns surface to be released.

In this expanded state, you access the quantum field — the realm beyond logic where identity, memory, and emotion reorganize.

Participants often leave feeling lighter, grounded, emotionally spacious, and fundamentally shifted in how they inhabit their body and life.

Together, we do the work of unlearning what no longer serves us and building something more intentional. Through honest conversation, accountability, and intentional relating, we develop strength, emotional awareness, and presence. This is a space to face ourselves, support one another, and step into a more authentic way of living and relating.
