Hi all! I'm AGNES, a HAIRSTYLIST and a BARBER. I like doing all sorts of haircuts, soft, natural looking balayage & highlights but my favorites are curly cuts.
I love working with kids especially when they are as sweet and patient as this girl. She sat through a whole curly cut and balayage appointment with no complaints. Her smile says it all, she loved the results!

Absolutely love this caramel brown balayage on this beautiful dark hair. Add some soft layers, bouncy blowout and the results are stunning. Anx the best thing about this look is how low maintenance it is. Soft grow-out and no harsh lines.

Such a fun curly cut with some peakaboo fiery red. I used magma lightener by wella that not only lifts the color but also deposits pigment that way when this beautiful fireball red by pulpriot fades, it will fade into a stylish pink tone not boring yellow. This client also requested a few red streaks on top.
Here are some of the most common mistakes my clients make with their curls:
1. They towel wrap. Curly hair needs to be styled soaking wet! The drier it is, the more frizz you will see.
2. CURLING CREAM IS NOT GEL OR FOAM, it does not create cast, it's a form of leave-in conditioner, you need gel or foam to top it off! No cast, no definition, more frizz, hair will fall flat.
3. Deep condition your hair and squish that conditioner in like your life depends on it! Trust me!
4. Clarify your curls once a month, it is so crucial. You need to remove build up in order for your products to pe*****te the hair shaft.
4. Water is moisture, NOT OIL.
5. Diffuse, diffuse, diffuse. Don't diffuse, you loose(your curls definition). Products are activated by the heat.
