I'll be in New Orleans July 20–26 offering housecall Thai Massage sessions while I'm in town.

For more than two decades, I've been helping people relieve pain, restore mobility, reduce stress, and reconnect with their well-being through Thai Massage, yoga, and Ayurveda.

Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, is India's traditional system of natural wellness, offering guidance on nutrition, digestion, daily routines, herbs, and lifestyle to support balance and vitality. If you're interested, each session includes a brief Ayurvedic pulse assessment to offer additional insight into your unique constitution and current state of balance.
