My Pretty Face Studio | Vero Beach, FL

My Pretty Face Studio is looking for a motivated, dependable Licensed Esthetician to join our studio on a part-time, as-needed basis.

We're less concerned with how many years you've been in the industry and much more interested in who you are and how you work.

The right person loves esthetics, learns quickly, shows up when they say they will, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys taking care of clients. We're looking for a go-getter—someone who wants to build relationships, grow a clientele, and approach their work with the same care and initiative they would bring to their own business.

We're willing to train the right person. The studio owner can provide hands-on training in services such as dermaplaning, lash lifts and tints, brow services, waxing, and other treatments needed for the position. You don't need to walk in knowing everything. You do need to be eager and able to learn.

We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an active Florida Facial Specialist or appropriate esthetics license
- Is dependable, punctual and professional
- Learns new techniques quickly and welcomes training
- Truly enjoys the beauty and esthetics industry
- Is warm, personable and excellent with clients
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Is comfortable developing relationships with clients and building repeat business
- Wants to actively grow their own clientele
- Maintains excellent sanitation and professional standards
- Is willing to learn additional services as needed
- Treats every client and appointment as if their own reputation depended on it

This is a part-time, as-needed 1099 independent contractor position, with the opportunity to take on additional clients and appointments as demand grows.

If you're newly licensed but talented, motivated and hungry to learn, we'd still like to hear from you. We'd rather train someone with the right attitude and work ethic than hire someone with years of experience who has stopped wanting to grow.
