What a sweet pony that had a lot of tension built up inside of her! If you follow along, you will see the continuation of her session with me💕

I took lots of time teaching her owner how to help her since I don’t get up to Pennsylvania all that often 🤩

I love being able to teach you more about your horse and how to help them perform better😍

I have an online video course called Hands On Equine Massage: The Basics for $295 right now! If you purchase a tool with it, you get a discount on your tool💜

Found in my LinkTree in my profile!

Because your horse deserves to feel as good as they perform. 🐴✨

The HorseHalo Massage Gun is designed to support equine recovery and comfort by helping:

🐴 Ease tight, overworked muscles after training or competition
💆 Improve circulation and promote relaxation
⚡ Support faster recovery between rides
🎯 Target large muscle groups with controlled, gentle percussion
🤍 Help your horse stay loose, comfortable, and performance-ready

From intense workouts to long trail rides, horses put in serious work—and proper recovery makes all the difference in their movement, attitude, and overall well-being.

A few minutes of care can go a long way in keeping your partner feeling their best💕

This tool is a great add on before you ride to get the muscles more relaxed which in turn helps you have a happy horse before and during your ride. My horse Secret loves it, and you will get to see more videos of it in action if you follow along😍

Why are the back muscles important for a horse?!?

The back muscles are the engine room of a ridden horse 💪🐎

They support the rider, protect the spine, and allow the horse to move with balance and freedom💕

A strong, supple back helps the horse lift through the body, engage from behind, and perform comfortably under saddle😍

Train the back well — because good riding starts from the topline!

The horse’s body is all connected and riding them from back to front includes all of the back muscles ❤️

Secret is loving this new massage gun with 8 heads and red light therapy included! Such a nice feeling when I ride a horse that’s relaxed💕

It’s also a great recovery tool for all of your horses. They have red light therapy for legs and back as well😍

You can purchase on my link in my LinkTree in my bio💜

Working behind the shoulder blade today! My hand is actually touching lots of different muscles including the rhomboids and the trapezius. This technique is beneficial to stretching all of those muscles which in turn helps the horse relax and move better💕

You can use tools, but you can also use your hands to make a difference in any horse❤️

Pony Time! The shoulder muscles of a pony are quite a bit smaller, but they still are the same muscles and they act in the same ways💕

They usually connect to spunky ponies🤣

Have you ever wanted to try red light therapy for your horse’s legs? 🐴❤️

Your horse’s legs do a tremendous amount of work every day. Whether they’re competing, training, or enjoying turnout, healthy legs are essential for comfort and performance.

✨ Benefits of red light therapy on horse legs:
• Supports healthy circulation
• Helps reduce post-exercise stiffness and soreness
• Promotes the body’s natural recovery processes
• Assists in maintaining healthy tendons and ligaments
• Non-invasive, drug-free, and relaxing for your horse

Many horse owners incorporate red light therapy into their regular wellness routine to help keep their horses feeling and performing their best.

Healthy legs = a happier and a more comfortable horse. 🐎
