Please read through all policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking with A&A, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep my business running smoothly! 🤍

🚫 No Food or Drinks
Please do not bring food or drinks to your appointment.

👥 Guests
Due to limited space, you may bring ONE guest maximum with you to your appointment.

⏰ Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Late arrivals without communication will cut into your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that I may not be able to extend your appointment time.

❌ No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Any no-show or same-day cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the total service amount. This fee must be paid before you are able to book another appointment.

💰 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hour notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date.

After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required for any future appointment.

📱 Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment is only confirmed once you send a deposit and receive a text from our booking text message stating that your appointment has been confirmed.

👁️ Lash Appointments
Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, strip lashes, or lash glue before any lash appointment.

💵 Price Changes
Please be aware that all service prices will be increasing.

📅 Schedule Changes
With school approaching, my appointment availability and time slots will be changing. Please make sure to book your appointments ahead of time to secure the date and time that works best for you.
