More sets.
More cardio.
More supplements.
More discipline.

Sometimes the answer isn't doing more.
Sometimes it's making sure you're getting the most out of the work you're already putting in.

Ever notice one side doesn't look or feel as strong as the other? Or a muscle just doesn't seem to respond no matter how hard you train it?

Those little things add up over time. That's why we focus on keeping your body moving well, so you can train the muscles you intend to train—and get more out of every workout.

Because every workout should move you closer to the physique you're building.
Not just leave you more fatigued.

That's why every Athlete Ambassador receives recovery that's built around their training, not just when they're sore, but throughout their entire season. We help you stay ahead of the tightness, compensation, and wear that can quietly interfere with the quality of your training, so you can keep showing up ready to put in the work.

Because building an elite physique isn't just about how hard you train.

It's about how consistently you can recover, train, and repeat the process.
If you're serious about bringing your best package to the stage, comment "STAGE" below and I'll personally send you the RPM Therapy Athlete Ambassador application.

You track your pace.
You track your splits.
You track your heart rate.

But are you tracking how your body moves?

Most HYROX athletes don’t lose performance overnight.

It starts with a hip that doesn’t open quite like it used to. An ankle that feels a little stiff during your runs. A shoulder that’s tight enough to change your sled push without you even realizing it.

You push through it because nothing “hurts.”

Until your pace slows.
Your power drops.
Recovery takes longer.
And suddenly you’re wondering why you’re training just as hard, but not getting the same results.

That’s why every Athlete Ambassador session begins with a movement assessment.

We’re not waiting for pain to tell us something is wrong. We’re looking for the small restrictions that quietly steal your efficiency long before they become injuries.

Because when your body moves the way it’s designed to move, every stride, every sled push, every wall ball, and every carry becomes more efficient.

Less compensation.
More power.
More consistent training.

That’s how progress is built.

If you’re serious about competing in HYROX, don’t just train harder.

Train smarter. Recover with purpose.

If becoming an RPM Therapy Athlete Ambassador sounds like the kind of support your training has been missing, comment “RPM” below and I’ll personally send you the application.

Competition prep isn’t the time to gamble with your recovery.

As race day gets closer, training changes. Volume increases. Intensity peaks. Your recovery schedule needs to keep up.

So when your coach adjusts your training plan, your body feels more beat up than expected, or you need recovery before your next key session, you need to know you can get in for a recovery massage when you need it!

Because in competition prep, every workout counts.
Every recovery session counts.
Every performance advantage matters.

You prioritize training.
We prioritize your recovery.
So you can compete at your best.

If same day appointments is something you know will keep you on top of your recovery…..
You should be an RPM Therapy Athlete Ambassador!

Priority Booking is just one of the many exclusives you will receive!

The truth is…
There is no perfect time that works for every athlete!

Because the reality is every athlete has different goals, different training regimes, and different competitive seasons!

When you come to RPM Therapy we don’t just throw you on the schedule just anywhere.

We create a recovery plan that meets the demand of your training regime!

We take into account your sport, your training style, your training schedule and how your body is currently responding to your training!

So for some athletes that looks like weekly sessions, some it looks like 1 time a month. And others it looks like injury recovery or competition prep.

Want to know how often and when you should be incorporating massage into your training program…..

Most massage therapists are trained to listen for the symptom.

Your neck hurts.
Your back is tight.
Your hips feel stuck.
Your muscles feel weak, sore, or exhausted.

So they work on the painful area, you feel better for a few days, and then the problem comes right back.

Why?

Because the symptom isn’t always the problem.

Your body is incredibly intelligent. It’s constantly gathering information and making decisions based on one priority:

Safety.

It doesn’t care about your next race.
It doesn’t care about your new PR.
It doesn’t care about making the podium.

It cares about protecting you.

Sometimes that protection shows up as tightness.
Sometimes it shows up as weakness.
Sometimes it shows up as pain, limited mobility, compensation patterns, or recurring injuries.

Those aren’t always signs that your body is broken.

They’re often signs that your body is trying to protect itself.

That’s what sets RPM Therapy apart.

We don’t just chase symptoms. We learn how your body is moving, what patterns it’s using, what it’s protecting, and why.

Because when we help your body feel safe enough to stop compensating, it can get back to doing what it was designed to do:

Support your performance instead of holding it back.

The symptom is where you feel the problem. The pattern is where you’ll find it.

If you’ve been stretching it, rolling it, strengthening it, resting it, and the same issue keeps coming back…

There’s a good chance you’re treating the symptom, not the source.

Comment “PATTERN” and I’ll send you more information about how RPM Therapy helps athletes uncover what’s really holding them back.

You know how to push.

You train when you’re tired.
You show up when you don’t feel like it.
You pride yourself on being the one who can take more than everyone else.

But here’s what many athletes learn the hard way:

Strength isn’t just about how much punishment your body can absorb.

It’s about how well it can recover.

The strongest athletes aren’t the ones who break themselves down the most.
They’re the ones who can recover, adapt, and come back stronger session after session.

Recovery isn’t soft.
Recovery isn’t weakness.
Recovery isn’t something you earn after you’re broken.

Recovery is training.

It’s what allows you to lift heavier, move better, stay healthier, and keep chasing bigger goals for years instead of months.

Because where strength meets recovery…

That’s where performance lives.

If you’re serious about your training, be just as serious about your recovery.

Recover with purpose. Perform with confidence.

Every session starts long before an athlete walks through the door.

I prepare this space with one purpose in mind: helping you get the most out of every mile, every rep, every practice, and every competition.

You put in the work when you train.
I make sure your body is ready to adapt, recover, and do it again.

Because the goal isn’t just to feel better.

It’s to recover smarter.
Train harder.
Stay healthier.

And create more wins…
whether that’s a PR, a podium finish, making the starting lineup, or simply becoming a better athlete than you were yesterday.

Recovery isn’t time away from training.
It’s where the results of your training are unlocked.

Ready to turn recovery into your competitive advantage?

HYROX athletes train hard.

The smart ones recover too.

The Recovery Protocol is 12 recovery sessions designed to support the demands of HYROX training. Use them weekly or strategically throughout your training cycle to keep your body performing at its best from the first workout to race day.

Benefits for HYROX Athletes:

• Train harder because you’re recovering better
• Recover faster between demanding workouts
• Move better through every run, sled push, carry, and station
• Handle higher training volume with less wear and tear
• Catch small issues before they become training-stopping injuries
• Stay consistent through your entire training cycle
• Show up on race day with your body ready to perform

Recovery isn’t a luxury.

It’s a competitive advantage.

I’m looking for 1 male and 1 female HYROX athlete to join the RPM Athlete Ambassador Program.

As an ambassador, we’ll document your training and recovery journey leading up to HYROX Dallas 2026 and show what happens when recovery becomes part of the plan—not an afterthought.

If you’re serious about your training, committed to your goals, and ready to perform at your highest level, I’d love to hear from you.

Comment HYROX for more information on The Recovery Protocol and the RPM Athlete Ambassador Program.
