WHAT IS REIKI? ✨
Reiki is a Japanese energy-based practice that uses gentle, hands-on or hands-above-the-body techniques with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm.
Think of it as an invitation to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with yourself.
At Nirvana, Reiki can be experienced on its own or woven into other treatments for a more intentional, deeply relaxing experience.
✨ Book Reiki as a standalone service for dedicated time to rest, reset, and reconnect.
✨ Energy Infuse Massage — a massage experience that incorporates Reiki alongside therapeutic bodywork, bringing together the benefits of touch, movement, and energy work.
✨ Soulful Serenity Facial — a facial experience that incorporates Reiki into your time on the table, creating space for both skin and soul to unwind.
Whether you’re looking for stillness, a little more intention in your massage, or simply a different way to care for yourself, Reiki is one of the many ways we create space for you to come back to center at Nirvana.

Welcome Brooke, LMT 🌿
we’re so excited to welcome Brooke to the Nirvana team! Born and raised in the Virginia mountains, Brooke developed an early appreciation for nature, connection, and mindful living. As a former competitive volleyball player, her own experience with a shoulder injury, gave her a deep understanding of pain, injury, and the recovery process.
After completing a 750 hour massage therapy program in Seattle, Brooke continued to expand her clinical experience at Banya 5, where she worked with clients navigating trauma and physical challenges. Most recently she taught neuromuscular therapy at advanced Fuller massage school.
Brooke specializes in neuromuscular therapy, shoulder rehabilitation and medi cupping.
She believes that everybody has its own story and unique path toward healing and we love that philosophy.
You can find Brooke at Nirvana on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and every other Monday.
We’re so happy she’s here. Welcome to Nirvana, Brooke
Here is your sign to choose a happier, more supported body.
You don’t have to accept discomfort as your “normal.” That inner dialogue telling you “this is just how it is” doesn’t get the final say.
At Nirvana Bodywork, we believe consistency in bodywork isn’t a luxury—it’s a powerful shift toward feeling better in your everyday life. Less tension. More ease. A body that actually feels like home again.
Small steps, taken regularly, can be life-changing. ✨
Your body is ready when you are.
