Some days, God sends you a reminder that your purpose is reaching people far beyond what you can see.

This morning, I received this message from a customer who used to shop with me at the BX at Langley Air Force Base. Her family has since PCS’d all the way to Tacoma, Washington, and after losing my business card during their move, she and her daughter searched until they found me again online.

She shared that she had run out of my face cream and couldn’t wait to order more because, in her words:

“Nothing compares to your products and all of yourself you invest in your company. It shows!”

I had to pause for a moment because this is so much bigger than skincare.

Every jar I make, every order I package, every late night, every prayer over my business, and every customer I serve comes from my heart. I don’t just create products I create them with love, integrity, and a genuine desire to help people feel confident in their skin.

To know that someone would search across the country just to find Regina’s Oil again is humbling. It’s a reminder that when you lead with excellence and serve people well, they remember.
