Monday check-in. ☀️
These are the promises I’m making for myself this week.
Not because I need to be perfect… Because I want to keep showing up for the life I’m building and not fall back into the stress fueled cycle I lived for so long.

July ☀️
Went back to work after 5 months away.
Said YES to as many experiences as I could.
Crawled my way back from emotional binge eating.
Started moving my body on a consistent basis again.
Implemented work/life boundaries that allowed me to keep focusing on what matters most in life.
I hope August is just as good to me 🩷
First time walking with vbgirlswalkclub & it was so fun!! Everyone was so nice and it was such a great way to get out and get some movement. Can’t wait for next time! If you’re in the VB area, come check it out with me!
