There’s something powerful about a woman changing her hair. ✨

Sometimes it’s not just a haircut, a new color, or a fresh style. Sometimes it’s the outward expression of an inward shift.

It’s choosing to see yourself differently.
It’s letting go of what no longer feels like you.

It’s walking out feeling a little lighter, a little bolder, and maybe even a little more like yourself again.

Because hair has a funny kind of power. We can change it in a few hours and somehow feel like we’ve changed everything.

A woman who changes her hair isn’t always looking for a new look. Sometimes she’s reminding herself of the woman she’s becoming. 🤎✨

This isn't a goodbye.....its actually a shift 👇🏽

After 20 years of hair and 12 incredible years of salon ownership, it's time for a new chapter. While I'm stepping away from ownership, I'm NOT stepping away from the chair just yet!

I still love creating beautiful hair, catching up with my amazing clients, and doing the work that's been such a big part of my life for so long. The address may have a new owner, but you'll still find me behind the chair, doing what I love.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me through every season. Change can be bittersweet, but I'm excited to embrace what's next while continuing to serve the clients who have become like family. ❤️

Here's to new beginnings, familiar faces, and many more great hair days ahead. ✨

The Ultimate Guide to Blonde Hair Care 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Blonde hair, whether natural or dyed, requires special attention to maintain its vibrancy, health, and shine.

1. *Use a Purple Shampoo*
Blonde hair is prone to brassiness. A purple shampoo neutralizes yellow tones and keeps your blonde looking cool and fresh. Use it once or twice a week to maintain your desired shade.

2. *Moisturize and Condition Regularly*
Blonde hair, especially if bleached, can be dry and brittle. Invest in a high-quality conditioner and a weekly deep conditioning treatment. Look for products with hydrating ingredients like argan oil, coconut oil, and shea butter.

3. *Protect from Heat Damage*
Blonde hair is more susceptible to damage from heat styling tools. Always use a heat protectant spray before blow-drying, curling, or straightening your hair. Try to minimize the use of heat tools and opt for air drying whenever possible.

4. *Shield Your Hair from the Sun*
The sun’s UV rays can fade blonde hair and make it look dull. Use hair products with UV protection, wear hats when spending extended time outdoors, and consider a leave-in conditioner with SPF.

5. *Avoid Over-Washing*
Washing your hair too often can strip it of its natural oils, leading to dryness and breakage. Aim to wash your hair two to three times a week.

6. *Choose the Right Hair Brush*
Using the wrong brush can cause breakage, especially in delicate blonde hair. Opt for a wide-tooth comb or a brush with soft bristles to gently detangle your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up to avoid unnecessary pulling.

7. *Trim Regularly*
Regular trims every 6-8 weeks help prevent split ends and keep your hair looking healthy. This is particularly important for blonde hair, which can show damage more easily.

8. *Stay Hydrated and Eat Well*
Your hair’s health is a reflection of your overall health. Drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to keep your hair strong and shiny.

9. *Use Gentle Hair Accessories*
Avoid hair ties that can cause breakage. Opt for scrunchies, fabric-covered elastics, claw clips or spiral hair ties that are gentler on your hair.
