🤍 A Little Salon Policy Reminder 🤍

First, I want to say thank you to all of my amazing clients who respect my time and consistently show up for your appointments. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and the support you give my small business!

Because I’ve recently experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows, I need to be a little more consistent with my scheduling policy.

✨ Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a 50% deposit before a new appointment can be booked.

✨ Same-day no-shows or no-call/no-show appointments will require 100% payment of the scheduled service before another appointment can be made.

I completely understand that life happens, and I always want to extend grace when unexpected situations come up. If you are truly sick or there is an emergency, please reach out and communicate with me — I will always do my best to work with you.

As a small business owner, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, it is often impossible to fill that time.
